By accessing or using AI Career Lens, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Service Description

AI Career Lens provides a guided AI-powered career analysis interview and generates personalized career insight reports. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your responses and produce structured career reflections and strategic positioning recommendations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service. By using AI Career Lens, you represent that you meet this age requirement. This service is designed for working professionals and is not intended for minors.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the interview. The quality of your report depends on the quality and honesty of your responses. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to submit content that is harmful, fraudulent, or violates the rights of others.

Payment and Refunds

The interview is free. The full career insight report requires a one-time payment. Prices are displayed before purchase. Once a report has been generated and delivered, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your report, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at admin@aicareerlens.com.

Intellectual Property

Your interview responses remain your property. The generated report is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your report but may not resell it or use it to create derivative commercial products.

The AI Career Lens platform, methodology, reasoning pipeline, prompt architecture, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of AI Career Lens and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

AI Career Lens provides AI-generated career reflections for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, salary changes, or professional results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or use the service in a manner that could harm other users or the integrity of the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
